Start date:             October 1, 2025

Vacancy Details:   0.9  (part-time, 31.5 hours/week)

REQUIREMENTS:

-  Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma

-  Office Administration – 2 year Diploma or equivalent

-   Excellent personal and organizational skills required

-   Ability to work independently

-   Ability to work with petty cash, computerized bank reconciliations, etc.

-   Ability to communicate in a pleasant, courteous, and tactful manner

-   Aspen experience is an asset                                          

-   Familiarity with SDS System is an asset

-  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite software is required
