Customer Service Representative – Contract Division (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)
Job Description
On Duty Equipment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative
to support our Contract Division in Earlton, Ontario. This is an ideal position for candidates with
some customer service or administrative experience who are looking to grow in a hands-on, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with uniform contract processing and customer accounts
- Communicate with contract customers regarding orders and general inquiries
- Monitor and respond to the contract communication
- Process order changes, including sizing, quantities, and delivery updates
- Track and help resolve order issues and discrepancies
- Create and issue Return Authorizations (RAs) as needed
- Work closely with the Shop Manager to expedite solutions to order processing or production issues
- Assist with fulfilling orders in time manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- relevant post secondary education
- Some customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry; training provided)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule & Work Location
- Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week)
- On-site position at On Duty Equipment in Earlton, Ontario
