The City of Temiskaming Shores is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and community-focused individual to join our team as a Crossing Guard!

Crossing Guards play an important role in helping keep our community safe by assisting pedestrians, particularly school-aged children, at designated crosswalks.

Position Details:
Hours: 10 hours per week
Compensation: $18.57 per hour
Application Deadline: November 6, 2026

What We're Looking For:

• A dependable, safety-conscious individual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with children, parents, and members of the public
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• One to two years of related experience is preferred
• Bilingualism is considered an asset

A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required for this position.
