OBJECTIVE
The main objective as an employee at Three H is to collaborate with your coworkers to produce as many goods as possible in the most efficient and accurate way possible that still meet our standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Go through orders and verify that they match the computer orders.
- Verify paints and stains for load orders as needed.
- Check trim stock for load. Order legs for painting.
- Knife edge – putty, sand, paint, topcoat materials as per order specifications.
- Trim – glue, sand, tape, putty, stain, topcoat.
- Ensure that all tools are in good working order.
- Glass Preparation.
- Plexiglass.
- Make samples when a new color is introduced.
- Oak Grommets – sand, topcoat, and file.
- Paint heads of bolts for height adjustable tables.
- Troubleshoot paint guns.
- Thinscape.
- Change filters in paint booth at least every three months.
- Cleaning – blow and vacuum filters regularly.
- Angle Iron – sand and prime.
- Painting tables.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (additions, Subtractions, multiplication, and division.
- Must have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and be accurate in work habits.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
WORK DEMANDS
· Standing – Walking - sitting.
· Hot/cold temperatures.
· Pushing – pulling - lifting. (50 pounds)
REPORTS TO: Supervisor – Assembly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
