Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership!
The successful candidate would greet customers with a warm smile, be the first point of contact for in-person guests and incoming calls, assist with administrative tasks to support the sales, service, and admin teams, help create an inviting, customer-focused environment, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Manage entries for payables and payments received by mail.
- Receivables Processing: Handle incoming payments, process them, and generate receipts as required.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries related to invoice statements using internal systems.
- Payment Handling: Accept payments via phone, in person, and through mail, with appropriate documentation and confirmation.
- Inventory Management: Enter and update vehicle stock information in the dealership's computer systems.
- Reporting: Document sold vehicle deals accurately.
- Reception Duties: Answer phones, direct calls, and greet customers professionally.
- Document Management: File and organize documents efficiently.
- Additional Tasks: Flexibility to perform other duties as needed.
