Warehouse Supervisor

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse employees, maintaining operational standards, driving efficiency, and ensuring safe and accurate execution of all warehouse activities.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily warehouse floor operations
• Supervise warehouse employees and maintain accountability for performance and attendance
• Establish, communicate, and reinforce clear performance expectations
• Ensure all sales orders and inventory transfers are shipped accurately and on schedule
• Drive housekeeping and workplace organization standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational enhancements
• Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and corrective actions when required
• Ensure employees are trained and follow established standard work procedures

Job requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to motivate employees and maintain momentum in a fast-moving operation
• Comfortable making decisions and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping, and inventory transactions
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is considered an asset
