Pedersen Construction (2013) Inc. is presently seeking Equipment Operators to assist with various construction projects in the New Liskeard, ON and Kirkland Lake, ON areas.

The Equipment (Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Grader & Hydraulic Drill) Operator position offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Hourly rate range of $32.00/hr to $38.00/hr commensurate with relevant experience.

Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
• Load trucks, excavate and move materials as required.
• Work safely around heavy equipment and active job sites.
• Follow company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain tight schedules.
• Operate safely at site specified speeds and rules.
• Ability to communicate with the use of radios.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery is required.
